We get it! Successfully managing a booth for three long days can be a challenge. We have made some changes this year for your personal comfort that we think you’ll like. We are now offering shortened evening hours, an exhibitor lounge, food-to-booth lunchtime delivery service and our booth sitters program. Registration information for these complimentary services will be available on our website.

• Coupon Caddy - Inclusion in custom coupon envelope in all VIP Bags. You decide what you want to offer and design your custom coupon. We will print and add your coupon to the envelopes. Design services by our graphic designer are also available to create your coupon for a small additional fee. $100

 

• VIP Bags - Have your logo placed on the unique gift totes given to 400 VIP guests who will attend all three days. $200.

 

• Program Ad - Present your customized message during the show and receive invaluable pre and post event exposure online with a display ad in our digital show program. Price Range $150-$1200.​

 

• Presentation Opportunities - A limited number of one hour seminar or stage slots are available. You can share your story, your product or your services to an audience of interested show attendees, either in a private seminar room or on one of our featured stages. This opportunity requires you to submit content description to management for approval and there can be no charge to the audience. We will promote your presentation. $150

 

• Social Media Feature - Beginning in early December we will feature individual exhibitors on our social media platforms. We can share your photos, video, promotions and links to your social media or website. This is a great way to leverage our social media presence to introduce you to our attendees before they arrive at the show.   $150

 

• Network Television or Radio Interview - Working with our media partners, select exhibitors will have the opportunity to be featured during our television or radio interviews as scheduled by our publicist either in the TV studio or from the show floor. This could include sending your products along with our spokesperson or having a member of your staff appear, or appearing in the interview yourself.  $250

• SPONSORSHIP - Becoming a sponsor is the ultimate way to get the word out about your fabulous company to our attendees.
