Have you had a booth at the show before?

What sized booth would you like? (feel free to check more than one if you're not sure, or if you need more than one booth) Early pricing listed below ($100 discount for 10x10 & 8x10. $50 discount for 5x10 & 4x8) is good through December 15, 2022

If you'd like more than one booth, please select as many of the sizes as you'd like. We will work out the details with you one-on-one before you make a final decision. If you'd like to combine booth sizes, please indicate that below:

All new vendors are required to upload a photo of your booth or background and at least one image of your product(s). If you need to send multiple files, or have trouble uploading here you may send them to exhibitors@wwssonline.com

All applications are subject to approval. We will respond as soon as possible. You will receive a link to pay for your booth once your application has been approved.

Please review our exhibitor guidelines before submitting your application:

Booth Includes:

  • Rear & Side draping for all exhibit space.

  • Company I.D. Signage

  • Carpeting (booth & aisle)

  • 10 Exhibit Badges

  • 4 Complimentary tickets

  • Free listing in the show program

  • Info on our social media and general website.

  • Exhibitors may bring their own tables and chairs.

  • All tables must be covered and skirted to the floor.

  • Above items are for each 10'x10', 8'x10', and 10'x7 1/2' booths.  For 10'x5' and 4'x8' booths, all above will be provided with the exception of badges.  These exhibitors will receive 5 exhibitor badges instead of 10.

Offered by St. Charles Convention Center:

  • Electrical, tables, chairs & wifi are all handled by the St. Charles Convention center for a fee.

  • Call 636-669-3011 to order any of these services or products.

 

Terms of Payment:

  • A 50% deposit is due when your application is approved. Balance is due by 12/15/22.

  • Early-bird discounts ($100 discount for 10x10' and 8x10' & $50 discount for 5x10' & 4x8') are available until 12/15/22.

  • For space rented between 12/15/22 - 01/31/23, payment is due in full within 7 days of approval of your application. After 02/01/23 payment in full is due immediately upon approval of your application.

  • Checks will not be accepted after January 27, 2023.

  • No refunds of deposit or other payments will be made.
