Exhibitor Services Coordinator
Part Time - 20 Hours Per Week
$15 per hour
In-Person in our Northbrook Illinois Office
This is a great chance to work with us on this huge event that takes place in St. Louis, Missouri in February annually. Hours are flexible. This position will assist with: exhibitor onboarding, booth assignments, gathering of information for show program and website, ad sales to existing exhibitors, invoicing, contracting, maintaining exhibitor files, website and social media management and regular communication to keep exhibitors up-to-date on event details. 20 hours per week, with potential for more hours in January & February 2024 as well as joining us in St. Louis for the show in February 2024 (expenses paid). Position requires: office experience, ability to work independently on both projects and tasks, ability to work in a fast-paced office, ability to manage multiple tasks, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Macintosh computers. Prefer event or theatrical management experience. Starts at $15 per hour.

Social Media Coordinator

Assist the Executive Producer, Managing Producer and Exhibitor Service Coordinator in the scheduling, planning, creation, posting and management of posts to all of our social media platforms. Position requires experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Wix website platforms. Graphic design and photo manipulation experience. Adept at using Adobe In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
