Production Manager

Reports to: Show Manager

Work Location: Remote until show load-in and then in person February 10-17, 2025 at the St. Charles, Missouri Convention Center

Job Classification: Contractor, 1099

Compensation: weekly, rate varies as date of show approaches.

Job Description:

• Works with the Show Manager and Executive Producer to coordinate the Mainstage, Fitness/Beauty Stage, Chef's Corner, Make-It & Take-It classes and seminars.

• Works in advance of the show to develop all needs of each performer and presenter and communicates that to stage management and convention center event coordinator.

• Acts as liaison to audio/visual contractor, coordinating production audio and video needs for each performance and presentation and communicating that information to stage management.

• Collaborates with Show Manager to hire and train stage managers and then supervises production staff for each stage or classroom.

• Implements the performance schedule of each stage in collaboration with the Show Manager.

• On days of show, works with and supervises stage managers to make sure that all performances and presentations happen smoothly and according to schedule.

• Supervises the submission of individual performance reports by stage management to show staff.

• Other duties deemed reasonable and necessary to the success of performances and presentations of the 2025 St. Louis Working Women's Show.
