Have you had a booth at the show before?

Each Space Includes

  1. 8’ tall rear draping

  2. 3’ tall side draping

  3. Carpeting

  4. Exhibit ID Sign: 

  5. 10 Exhibitor Badges (available at check-in)

  6. 4 Complimentary tickets for clients (available at check-in)

  7. Free listing for your booth in show program and show website. Inclusion in these will take place if payment of booth is completed by February 9, 2023

  8. The show does not provide tables and chairs. You can bring your own tables and chairs (tables must be skirted to the floor). You can also rent those items from the convention center for a fee.

  9. The Show does not provide electricity, wifi or other utilities. These items are handled by the St. Charles Convention Center for a fee. Contact the convention Center at 636-669-3011 or for more information on these items.

  • You will receive a DocuSign contract and an invoice via email with a link to pay your balance in the fall.

  • If your application is denied because of brand conflict or because it violates our terms and conditions, you will be notified via email.

  • Exhibitors may bring their own tables and chairs.

  • All tables must be covered and skirted to the floor.

Exhibitor Needs:

  • Electrical, tables, chairs & wifi are all handled now by show management.

  • To order any of these services or products.

Terms of Payment:

  • A 50% Deposit is due upon approval of your application to guarantee your space. After December 31, 2024 payment in full is due immediately upon approval of your application.

  • Checks will not be accepted after January 31, 2025.

  • No refunds of deposit or other payments will be made.

  • Early Bird pricing is good through September 15, 2024 or until we sell out of available space. Don't miss out! Booth locations for returning exhibitors will only be guaranteed through this date.

Maker's Market Guidelines: 

  • All items must be handmade and will be subject to the jurying process to be approved. 

  • Once we have received your application, you will be contacted with instructions for additional steps.

  • You will pay for your booth when your application is approved.
