Terms of Payment:

A 50% Deposit is due upon approval of your application to guarantee your space. After December 31, 2024 payment in full is due immediately upon approval of your application.

Checks will not be accepted after January 31, 2025.

No refunds of deposit or other payments will be made.

Early Bird pricing is good through September 15, 2024 or until we sell out of available space. Don't miss out! Booth locations for returning exhibitors will only be guaranteed through this date.
