Exhibitor Guidelines and Terms of Payment
In order to preserve the quality of the WWSS, these rules must be followed:
- All products services displayed and or sold from exhibits must be listed on application & pre-approved by show management. A photograph of all items and booth displays are required for approval.
- All exhibits must be professional in appearance. NO hand-made signs are allowed.
- When approved, a space contract will be sent.
- Only those products/services listed on this application and pre-approved by show management will be allowed in show.
- Booth display logo/brand will represent the products being sold and/or service being providing. No exceptions.
Terms of Payment
Space rented before December 30th, 2022:
- A 50% deposit must be forwarded with application within 2 weeks of reservation.
- Booth space will not be assured until 50% is received.
- For space rented after December 30th, 2022, payment is due in full within 1 week of booth reservation.
- Checks will not be accepted after January 31, 2022.
- NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS OR OTHER PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE.
