2024 Maker's Market Booth Application

All items in the Maker's Market must be hand made by you.  Items sold in your booth are subject to the jurying process.

Have you had a booth at the show before?

This form is for the use of the handmade Maker's Market ONLY, which is a special area just for handmade items.. These prices are not available on the regular show floor. Visit the regular application for booths on the regular show floor.

What sized booth in the Maker's Market would you like? (feel free to check more than one if you're not sure, or if you need more than one booth) 

If you'd like more than one booth, please select as many of the sizes as you'd like. We will work out the details with you one-on-one before you make a final decision. If you'd like to combine booth sizes, please indicate that below:

All vendors in the Maker's Market are required to upload a photo of your booth or background and at least two images of your handmade items. If you need to send multiple files, or have trouble uploading here you may send them to exhibitors@wwssonline.com.

All applications for the Maker's Market are subject to approval and all items are subject to the jurying process. We will contact you if we need more images from  you. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. You will receive and invoice and a link to pay for your booth once your application has been approved.

Maker's Market Guidelines: 

  • All items must be handmade and will be subject to the jurying process to be approved. 

  • Once we have received your application, you will be contacted with instructions for additional steps.

  • You will pay for your booth when your application is approved.

Booth Includes:

  • Rear & Side draping for all exhibit space.

  • Company I.D. Signage

  • Carpeting (booth & aisle)

  • 5 Exhibit Badges

  • 2 Complimentary tickets

  • Free listing in the show program

  • Info on our social media and general website.

  • Exhibitors may bring their own tables and chairs.

  • All tables must be covered and skirted to the floor.

Offered by St. Charles Convention Center:

  • Electrical, tables, chairs & wifi are all handled by the St. Charles Convention center for a fee.

Terms of Payment:

  • A 50% Deposit Payment is due with approval of your application. Balance is due by December 31, 2023.

  • After December 31, 2023 payment in full is due immediately upon approval of your application.

  • Checks will not be accepted after January 31, 2024.

  • No refunds of deposit or other payments will be made.
